Tina Bales
Home Care Manager, Dorset

Tina Bales is the Home Care Manager of our Bournemouth office. Tina joined Care South in 2007 as a Care Staff Supervisor in the east of Dorset. Before this she worked for 5 years in a residential unit, firstly as a Care Assistant and most recently as Assistant Team Manager. Tina has a BA in Combined Studies, an NVQ Level 3 and is working towards her Registered Managers Award Level 4.
