St Martins, a purpose built care home, is a residential home with facilities for people with dementia. Located in the centre of Gillingham, the home enjoys strong links with the local community. The welfare of our residents is of paramount importance to all staff, many of whom have worked at the home for more than 20 years.

Mary started working in care in 1993 as a Care Assistant at St Martins.  In 2001 she became a Care Team Manager and in January 2008 she became Deputy Manager. In November 2009 she became Manager. Mary has NVQ3 in Care and NVQ 4 in Care and D23/33 Assessors Award. Although Mary now is on the Management she still enjoys having contact with the residents and continues to promote the strong bond between St Martins and the local community.
