Templeman House is a traditional care home located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area of North Bournemouth. We provide a safe and caring environment where residents can live their lives as if in the comfort of their own home, but cared for by dedicated staff, highly trained to nationally recognised standards.

In 1996 I started work as a kitchen assistant for The Dorset Trust, seeing many changes with the company and gaining a wealth of experience in caring for the elderly. In the year 2000 I was given the opportunity to upgrade to a care assistant working days and evenings and night duties, this was the turning point in my career path and made me realise that I wanted to work in the care sector specializing in dementia care. Having achieved level 4 in health and social care I am now working towards the registered manager’s award having been appointed the role of Home Manager at Templeman House.
