Janice has worked in the caring profession for over 30 years. She was appointed Manager at Castle Dene in 2005 and has NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care, Registered Manager (Adults) Award and Certificate in Social Care. Janice has a broad range of experience and has in depth knowledge of hands-on care.
