Dorset House is a friendly and comfortable residential care home in the heart of Hamworthy where choice and independence are encouraged. We provide a safe and caring environment where residents can live their lives as if in the comfort of their own home, but cared for by dedicated staff, trained to nationally recognised standards.
Home Manager
Joan has worked with elderly people in a variety of settings and roles since 1982. From this she has gained an in depth knowledge of 'hands on care'. Joan is a qualified Social Worker and holds a Diploma in Social Work, and NVQ Level 4 in Management.
