How we work

Care South is the leading provider of high quality, innovative residential and home care services from West Sussex to Somerset. As a not-for-profit charity our focus isn't on targets or sales, but a genuine dedication to supporting people in the community who need help to get the best out of life. We offer a full range of care services for people of all ages: from young people who need some temporary help with everyday life, to older people looking for a new home with full-time care.

Everyone's different and arranging care can be a challenge, so we like to work with you and your family to make the process as easy as possible and to work out the balance of care that suits you best.

Our aims and objectives

Our central goal is to make life easier for our home care clients and residents. We aim to keep people in their own homes for as long as possible, and to help our residents to live full, rewarding lives in an atmosphere of friendliness and security.

We treat people as individuals and understand that everyone has lived a full life and has had experiences that make them who they are today, and that they have hopes and dreams for a comfortable, secure and rewarding future.

We want to work with families to create the perfect balance of care based not just on the individual's care needs, but also on their personality, their lifestyle and wherever possible, their own choices.

In every case, our key objective is to deliver these care services with the help of staff that are experienced, well-trained and have deep understanding and empathy for every client and resident they meet and work with.
