New Buxton House is a purpose built, state of the
art, 64 bed care home opened in 2005 as
successor to the original Buxton House. Every
bedroom has en suite bathroom and toilet facilities.
The home accommodates physically frail older
people as well as people in intermediate or
rehabilitation care to help them get back to normal
life at home usually following hospital treatment
although some are admitted from their own homes.
