Care South’s Trina Williams has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Great South West Care Awards 2012. Trina, who works at Fairlawn care home in Ferndown, has been short-listed for the Ancillary Worker Award.
Trina works as a domestic assistant at Fairlawn, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and homeliness throughout, as well as engaging especially well with residents and is and is a well-established and familiar face within the Care South team. The Great South West Care Awards 2012, which include categories for staff throughout the care sector, acknowledge those who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field – just being short-listed is a great accolade.
Gina Smith, manager of Care South’s Fairlawn, nominated Trina for the award saying: “Trina has always shown fantastic commitment and enthusiasm in her role. She constantly goes above and beyond what is expected of her and is a great support to the senior team.”
