”I am writing on behalf of myself, my wife and mother-in-law, whose husband was in the care of Templeman House. The care my father-in-law had was second to none, due to the utmost dedication, kindness and support that Neil Dominy and his staff gave not only to him, but to his wife, throughout the very difficult times. I feel that you should be aware of this, as the staff deserve our recognition and thanks.“

”I would like to thank you and all of the staff at Templeman House for the wonderful care of my Dad. Everyone has been unstinting in their compassion and all round excellent care of Dad in the two and a half years he was with you. Mum and I will also not forget your kindness to us both when we have been visiting Dad both on normal visiting days and also for their anniversaries, birthdays on Christmas days.

Those who attended Dad’s funeral yesterday took the trouble to help Mum on what was obviously a difficult day for her.

In conclusion, I would say once again a BIG ‘THANK YOU’ to EVERYONE. Keep up the good work!”

My wife and I would like to express our thanks for the care and kindness all the staff showed towards my mother over the years she has been a resident at Templeman House.

Along with our children and grandchildren, we deeply appreciate all the attention Mum received from care and management staff alike.

Our thanks also for making our friends from Australia welcome when visiting Mum during their trip to the UK.
