Care & support opportunities

Our care staff provide front line care services to our residents and home care clients. They undertake a variety of support services including dressing, bathing and toileting.

There are opportunities to work flexibly, including night shifts. For those staff members who wish to progress, we offer more senior roles, such as Senior Carer, Night Shift Leader and Care Team Manager. Full training is provided.

Our Poole Head Office is busy and friendly. Our Administration team fulfil a variety of office tasks. You will need to be computer and IT literate.

Domestic Assistants work in our residential homes and close care housing schemes, ensuring communal areas and residents bedrooms are kept clean and tidy. They play an important role in infection control.

Laundry Assistants are responsible for keeping residents’ clothing smart and clean. They usually work on their own, prioritising residents’ washing and ironing and they provide a valuable service.

We have a small team of painters, decorators and maintenance staff working from our head office in Poole. They are supplied with suitable equipment and a vehicle to travel around our residential homes where they refresh and decorate bedrooms and communal areas.

In addition members of the team undertake small maintenance tasks.
