Our care staff provide front line care services to our residents and home care clients. They undertake a variety of support services including dressing, bathing and toileting.

There are opportunities to work flexibly, including night shifts. For those staff members who wish to progress, we offer more senior roles, such as Senior Carer, Night Shift Leader and Care Team Manager. Full training is provided.

We have two nursing homes; Storrington in West Sussex, and Hatch Beauchamp in Somerset. Registered Nurses undertake day or night shifts and may also be responsible for the duty shift. We are also interested in Registered Nurses who are interested in managerial roles within our care homes.

Our residential homes and home care offices are led by Registered Managers who are responsible for both delivery quality care to service users, and liaising with contract providers and local authorities.

A Home Manager balances the management of a busy home with the needs of service users, demonstrating empathy with and understanding of their needs.

There are a variety of head office functions, based in Poole, which provide support to the operational parts of the business. These functions range from finance and accounting, property services, personnel, training, administration and reception duties.

Senior roles in these areas may require a relevant professional qualification.

Working across our sites, Residential Home Administrators are vital to the efficient running of our services. They perform valuable tasks including personnel and salaries administration, financial and health and safety records keeping.

Our Home Care Teams Administrators monitor and arrange the deployment of care teams and process personnel and expenses paperwork.

Our Poole Head Office is busy and friendly. Our Administration team fulfil a variety of office tasks. You will need to be computer and IT literate.

Whether you are a chef, cook, kitchen or dining room assistant each member of the catering team plays a valuable role in planning, providing or delivering nutritious meals to our residents seven days a week.

Menus are carefully planned using seasonal produce and are tailored to the specific needs of our service users. Cleanliness and food hygiene are extremely important to us.

Domestic Assistants work in our residential homes and close care housing schemes, ensuring communal areas and residents bedrooms are kept clean and tidy. They play an important role in infection control.

Laundry Assistants are responsible for keeping residents’ clothing smart and clean. They usually work on their own, prioritising residents’ washing and ironing and they provide a valuable service.

We have a small team of painters, decorators and maintenance staff working from our head office in Poole. They are supplied with suitable equipment and a vehicle to travel around our residential homes where they refresh and decorate bedrooms and communal areas.

In addition members of the team undertake small maintenance tasks.
