The training department provides a service to all staff groups within the company, helping not only to develop the individual but enhance the quality of care offered to our service users.

Our training department aims to:

  • provide all participants with appropriate pre-course information
  • provide all participants with a variety of learning methods
  • assure the quality of all training materials
  • ensure the knowledge of the trainer in the areas of training delivery is technically accurate and up to date
  • initiate evaluation processes to maintain high standards
  • produce a Certificate of Attendance for all participants, upon successful completion, within 15 working days of attending an in-house course.
  • Use delivery methods at a level appropriate to the needs of the participants
