Prior to successfully applying for a role with Care South, we will undertake a pre-employment medical questionnaire, apply for two years’ references and, for extra peace of mind, prospective staff will need to have Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) clearance and a full Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check will be required.

The skills, support and commitment of our staff are central to the service we give our clients and their families. We make sure our staff receive comprehensive training and many achieve National Vocational Qualifications.
