Personalised care and support to help you live independently in your own home

Care South’s home care service offers a personalised, flexible service to meet a range of care and support needs aimed at improving quality of life for people of all ages.

Our well trained staff can help with everything from personal and night care to general support and companionship. They can help you around your home with some light cleaning and even assist with your weekly shop, preparing meals or accompany you to and from hospital and other appointments. We also provide life skills support such as cooking and using modern technology.

We provide care and support to everyone from young disabled people and adults with physical or learning disabilities, to people who need a bit of help getting back to normal after a stay in hospital. Many of our customers are older people who need a helping hand with their everyday lives to help maintain their independence.

Home care support can be ongoing, short term, or called upon from time-to-time as your needs change. Please telephone our offices to arrange a no obligation home visit from one of our senior staff. We can discuss your requirements with you and suggest the best combination of services for you, and a price to suit your pocket.
