It was wonderful to welcome the 24th Beavers group into Alexandra House care home on Halloween. Many of the children and their parents came in with their group leader Sarah, who works at Alexandra House as a Senior Carer. The Beavers sat with the residents and made some spooky Halloween decorations. They made bats using black card, colourful pegs and googly eyes. They also made pompom spiders, scary jam tarts and loads more. The residents had loads of fun; Pat had a smile on her face the whole time just watching the children enjoying themselves.

Pauline, who used to be a teacher said, ‘It’s lovely to see all the children here. They are all so excited about Halloween!”
