The Keep Fit sessions at Beauchamp House care home includes a range of games and exercises. Residents have participated in armchair stretches and toning exercises for arms, hands, torsi, legs and feet. Plus various games, such as cricket games, ball games, racquetball games, beanbag toss games and parachute games. They do these every week to help support physical and mental health, hand-eye coordination.
