From helping families understand the condition to offering practical advice, emotional support, and links to local resources, our Dementia Care Coaches empower people to live well with dementia. Their passion, knowledge, and person-centred approach make a real and lasting difference to the lives of those they support and their families.
We value our people
We don’t just talk about care – we live it. That means not only caring for our clients, but also for our colleagues. We support, invest in, and celebrate our people because when they thrive, our whole community benefits.
The Care South Stars Awards is an annual event aimed to recognise and reward individuals and teams who go the extra mile to provide great care to the residents of Care South’s care homes and Care at Home clients across the south of England. Nominations for the awards come from colleagues, as well as residents, clients and their families.

Meet The Manager
Tracie Gregory, Care at Home Manager
I have been working in the care industry since 2007. I started as a Domiciliary Carer in the community before taking a position as a Bookings Coordinator. I then moved to Scotland in 2015, where I was offered a job as a Registered Care Manager in Aberdeen, covering a vast area from Aberdeen to Inverness. In 2017, I came home to Bournemouth and took a position as a Registered Manager. In October 2019, a career change took me to a position as a Deputy Manager at a care home.
