Today, we’re proud to honour Lesley for her remarkable 20 years of service, an achievement that speaks volumes about her commitment, expertise, and passion.

Lesley’s journey began two decades ago, and over the years, she has touched countless lives, making a significant impact on the individuals and families she’s worked with. Her compassion, commitment, and expertise have made her a true pillar in the community, as well as an inspiration to her colleagues.

As we reflect on Lesley’s achievements, we also look forward to the future. Her passion for improving care standards and her ongoing desire to make a difference in people’s lives are just a few of the reasons she remains an essential part of our team. The West Dorset team is honoured to be part of this journey, and we are excited for the many more years of success and impact to come.

Care South, a not-for-profit charity and leading provider of high quality residential, assisted living, and home care services across the south of England. The not-for-profit organisation, which is a registered charity, has care homes in Dorset, north Devon, Somerset and West Sussex, and home care offices covering east and west Dorset, and south Somerset.
