Care South at Home team celebrate being recognised among top home care providers
Care South at Home has been named as one of the Top 20 Small Home Care Groups at this year’s Home Care Awards in recognition of the high-quality care provided to our home care clients across Dorset and Somerset. The team were thrilled to see that they reached fifth place within the top 20.
The award is based on reviews shared by Care South at Home clients, their relatives and loved ones through homecare.co.uk, a leading industry website. The service has achieved an impressive average group rating of 9.9/10, reflecting the positive impact of its dedicated care teams. Both offices are also rated ‘Good’ by CQC, the independent regulator of health and social care in England.
To celebrate the special recognition, the Care at Home team welcomed clients and their families along to two afternoon tea parties, held in the spirit of Care South’s ethos of Food, Fun and Friendship. One event took place outside in the sunshine at Beauchamp Gardens in Taunton, our assisted living community in the wider grounds of Beauchamp House care home in Hatch Beauchamp. The second event took place at St Ives House in Ringwood, which is next to another of our living communities, St Ives Place.

Our Care South at Home’s teams provide flexible and personalised care to meet a wide range of needs. Their services include daily support, companionship, assistance with collecting prescriptions and shopping, as well as more specialised support for dementia and end-of-life care.
