Krzysztof began his career with Care South in 2011 as a Care Assistant and spent the next four years growing in the role. He achieved Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and was promoted to Senior Care Assistant. After being made Deputy Home Manager at Buxton House in 2015, Krzysztof received support to achieve a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management qualification over 18 months.
I’ve worked at Beauchamp House for five years, starting as a domestic assistant and working my way up to head housekeeper. When Care South gave me the opportunity to progress in my career, I was delighted. I especially enjoy seeing the residents and getting to know them. The staff are friendly and helpful and the job also has a lot of variety.
Learning and Development Advisor, Head Office
Conner began his career with Care South in 2015 as a Care Assistant, but now helps other grown within the organisation. Over three year, Conner achieved Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Health and Social, rising to Senior Care Assistant and then Night Shift Leader. In 2018, Conner made the switch to Head Office as a Trainer, helping others to develop their careers. He worked towards his Level 3 qualification in Training and Development, before becoming a Learning and Development Advisor in 2020.

I came into care during my 40’s, starting at Talbot View as a night care assistant. After five years in residential care, I joined our Care at Home service based in Bournemouth. I have progressed through roles including supervisor, co-ordinator and registered manager. I am now operations support manager, providing guidance and advice to all our Care at Home offices.
I passionately believe that everyone deserves access to outstanding care, which I believe we provide. I have enjoyed being given the opportunity in all my roles to contribute to achieving this.
