Celebrating 15 Years of Outstanding Service – Diane Hughes

At Care South at Home, we are proud to recognise the achievements of our dedicated colleagues who go above and beyond to make a difference in people’s lives. This month, we are delighted to celebrate an incredible milestone for Diane Hughes, Deputy Manager of Care South at Home (Somerset and West Dorset), who is marking 15 years of continuous service.

A journey of care and commitment

Diane began her journey with Care South at Home as a Care Supervisor, where her empathy, professionalism and natural leadership quickly shone through. She built strong relationships with clients and families, ensuring that care was always delivered with compassion and respect.

Her passion for supporting people with complex needs led her to become a Specialist Team Supervisor, where she managed challenging cases with great skill and sensitivity. Diane’s ability to balance professionalism with kindness made her a trusted member of the team.

For the past five years, Diane has served as Deputy Manager for Somerset and West Dorset, playing a vital role in the smooth running of our home care services. Her integrity, knowledge and dedication make her an invaluable part of the management team.
