Honouring 25 Years of Dedicated Service – Sharon C.

We were delighted to celebrate Sharon C., who was recently recognised with a 25-year Long Service Award. Sharon’s journey with Care South is a true testament to her unwavering commitment and kindness. Over the years, she has supported countless people with warmth, empathy, and professionalism, building trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Sharon’s approach to care is rooted in compassion and respect, and her dedication to delivering high quality, person centred support continues to inspire those around her. We are incredibly grateful for her 25 years of service. Simon Bird, Chief Executive, joined the celebrations to personally thank Sharon and our wider care teams for the vital work they do every day.

A Fond Farewell and Best Wishes to Rebecca

This week also saw us say a heartfelt farewell to Rebecca B, a valued member of our team, as she prepares to welcome her baby. Colleagues came together to share kind words, thoughtful gifts, and well wishes as Rebecca begins this exciting new chapter.

Rebecca’s dedication and hard work have always been appreciated, and while she will be missed during her time away, the team is already looking forward to welcoming her back following her maternity leave. We wish Rebecca and her growing family every happiness during this special time.
