Christmas Creativity Begins at Fern Brook Lodge

Christmas has truly begun at Fern Brook Lodge, where residents enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of clay modelling to welcome the festive season. The home was filled with joy, laughter and creativity as everyone came together to craft personalised Christmas decorations for their loved ones.

A Festive Afternoon of Clay Modelling

We were delighted to welcome Debbie from Creative Clay, who led a relaxed and engaging session for our residents. With gentle guidance and plenty of encouragement, the ladies set to work shaping their own festive masterpieces. The room soon filled with Christmas spirit as clay penguins and robins began to take form.

Residents enjoyed choosing colours, detailing their models and adding little personal touches. Many commented on how calming the activity felt and how proud they were of their finished creations.

Heartfelt Gifts for Loved Ones

Each clay model was made with a particular person in mind. Residents wanted to create something special for their relatives, and the thoughtful nature of this activity made the afternoon even more meaningful. The finished penguins and robins will make wonderful Christmas gifts and keepsakes to treasure.

The clay modelling session brought plenty of fun and smiles to Fern Brook Lodge. It was a lovely way to begin our Christmas celebrations, and we are grateful to Debbie for helping make the afternoon so enjoyable.
