Dorset House was full of colour, laughter and Christmas cheer as residents and team members came together to celebrate Christmas Jumper Day. Festive jumpers and cheerful headbands were proudly worn throughout the home, instantly setting the tone for a truly joyful day.

The celebration was made even more special with a visit from Muddy Boots Nursery, whose arrival brought a wonderful sense of excitement and community spirit. The children enjoyed a lively Christmas party, complete with festive music and fun games that filled the home with laughter and smiles. Residents loved watching the children play and join in, with many enjoying the chance to chat, sing along and share in the festive fun.

A Magical Visit from Father Christmas

One of the highlights of the day was a very special visit to Father Christmas in his grotto. Each child had the chance to meet him, receive a present and collect a packet of reindeer food to take home ready for Christmas Eve. The magic of this moment was felt by everyone, with residents delighted to see the joy and excitement on the children’s faces.
