Residents at Buxton House enjoyed a lively afternoon of racing-themed fun in celebration of Grand National Day.

To mark the occasion, a special horse racing game was held, where residents took part as the jockeys, guiding their horses over the jumps in a series of light-hearted races. The room was filled with excitement, laughter, and plenty of cheering as each resident took their turn.

The atmosphere was full of friendly competition, with everyone getting into the spirit of the event. After several entertaining rounds, it was Ros and her trusty steed Tornado, who emerged as the overall champion of the day.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon that brought residents together to share in the fun and celebrate one of the nation’s favourite sporting events in their own unique way.
