Beauchamp Gardens is a charming development of 14 beautifully designed assisted living country cottages and apartments available to rent. Each home is energy efficient, fully equipped and thoughtfully laid out to support comfortable, independent living within a secure and friendly community.

The development enjoys a wonderfully social atmosphere, offering opportunities to connect with neighbours while still allowing residents the privacy and quiet of their own home. Set within the heart of the Somerset countryside, Beauchamp Gardens offers a true sense of rural tranquillity.

Life at Beauchamp Gardens

Life at Beauchamp Gardens is about more than just having a place to live. At the centre of the community is a bright and airy pavilion, designed as a welcoming social hub and relaxation space. Regular coffee mornings take place here, providing a lovely opportunity to meet friends, chat and enjoy time together.

Residents can also enjoy the fantastic communal allotment, offering a chance to spend time outdoors, garden at a gentle pace and enjoy the simple pleasures of nature.

The development is designed to support independent living and includes two hours of domestic support per week included in the rental agreement, helping residents with everyday tasks while allowing them to remain comfortably in their own home.

Residents can enjoy elegant lounges, terraces and gardens, perfect for relaxing or socialising with friends and loved ones over a cup of tea and a slice of cake. For those who enjoy venturing out, the traditional Hatch Inn country pub is just a short stroll away.

Beauchamp House has 54 fully furnished en-suite bedrooms, each with a 24-hour nurse call bell to ensure comfort, safety and reassurance at all times. The home provides 24-hour nursing care and high-quality palliative care, recognised by the Gold Standards Framework (GSF).
