Weekly testing for all frontline staff.

An extensive NHS vaccine programme is currently being implemented across all frontline staff.

All frontline staff wear personal protective equipment as per the latest government guidelines. Enhanced PPE is worn with COVID positive clients.

Infection control

Frontline staff follow strict infection prevention and control measures as per the latest government guidelines.  These include, PPE for all home visits, thorough hand hygiene, regular cleaning of contact surfaces, social distancing and the minimising of contacts in the community.

All colleagues take part in on-going training and are kept regularly up to date with the latest government guidelines.

Very few people are familiar with the process for arranging care, but that is where we step in to make everything simple and straightforward.

You’re just three easy steps from peace of mind:

  1. Get in touch – you can either give one of our offices a call, or fill out the enquiry form at the bottom of this page. If you’d like, we can send you a free brochure in the post, or you can download a copy.
  2. Arrange a free assessment – we can then create the right personalised care plan for you.
  3. Find the right match – together, we will find the right team to support you and agree a start date.

Bournemouth Care at Home Manager Anna

“I am so proud to lead the Care South at Home Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole team in expanding our services to help those in need. They are a wonderful and caring group of professionals. Our frontline staff, supervisors, care co-ordinators and administrators are dedicated, hardworking and they go that extra mile for people – they show me every day why we are rated ‘Outstanding’ for care by the CQC. I love being creative and truly personalising services. I also really do believe in valuing our staff by supporting them and enabling them to develop their careers.”
