Kenwith Castle Gardens

Kenwith Castle Gardens consists of 31 picturesque assisted living bungalows, privately owned and set slightly further within the Kenwith estate. These attractive and flexible homes are comfortable and energy-efficient, providing their owners a peaceful rural setting.

Surrounded by landscaped gardens and countryside views, Kenwith Castle Gardens is ideal for individuals who value space, tranquillity and independence, while still wanting the reassurance of support close by.

Kenwith Meadows

Kenwith Meadows is a delightful development of 27 retirement bungalows, set within the established grounds of Kenwith Castle. Each privately owned bungalow has been built to a high specification and designed with comfort and accessibility in mind.

Some bungalows also benefit from an additional sun area, offering the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside.

Kenwith Meadows combines independence with reassurance, allowing residents to enjoy privacy and freedom, while knowing care and support is available on site 24 hours a day if required. Every home also benefits from a 24-hour emergency call system for added peace of mind.

All homes feature:

Two bedrooms, including one with en-suite
A luxurious wet room
A well-equipped kitchen
Spacious living and dining areas
Underfloor heating throughout, powered by an energy-efficient air source heat pump

Kenwith Castle Cottages

Kenwith Castle Estate is also home to 9 assisted living cottages, available for rent. These thoughtfully designed homes offer comfort, flexibility and energy efficiency, all within a peaceful rural setting.

Set within 30 acres of landscaped parkland, residents can enjoy the stunning natural surroundings, including peaceful walking routes, a beautiful rose garden and a well-stocked six-acre carp lake, home to swans and geese and offering opportunities for gentle walks or fishing.

At the heart of the community is The Pavilion, our purpose-built community hub. Managed by Care South, The Pavilion is a welcoming space where residents can meet friends, enjoy a coffee, pick up everyday essentials from the on-site shop, or take part in a wide range of social activities. Events range from Italian lunches and barbecues to talks, themed afternoons and seasonal celebrations.
