St Ives Place has been designed for individuals who are able to look after themselves and wish to live independently in their own home, but who may at some stage need a little extra care and support in some aspects of their lives.

St Ives Place is a stunning, exclusive development of just 14 one, two and three-bedroom, stylish, secure and well-appointed apartments. There are also four spacious three-bedroom country cottages named Juniper, Lavender, Thyme and Rosemary.

St Ives Place is perfectly located near to the busy market town of Ringwood and our regular minibus service into town enables residents to benefit from easy access to local shops and services. In addition, we are situated close to the New Forest National Park, which is home to a host of amazing wildlife and offers spectacular easy woodland walks.

Arranging a Little Extra Help…

A care package can be arranged in association with St Ives House care home, in order to provide extra support to those living independently. Additionally, a stay at St Ives House is always an option if care needs change, either on a temporary basis, such that following recovery the individual can return to assisted living, or on a more permanent basis.

An additional care support package can be provided for:

  • Individuals living independently, seeking peace of mind and reassurance that help is always available;
  • Individuals with existing care and support needs, including help with mobility, personal care, companionship and living well with dementia; and
  • Individuals seeking reassurance that, should their care and support needs change significantly and become more complex, our neighbouring care home is available and can offer guidance and support with their transition.

St Ives House has 60 welcoming and comfortable, fully furnished rooms, each with en-suite wet rooms containing a w/c, a washbasin and a shower, as well as a 24-hour nurse call bell, ensuring residents are comfortable, safe and expertly cared for. We give all our residents support and peace of mind, whether they need just a little assistance, or full-time care and we pride ourselves on doing everything possible to enhance our residents’ quality of life.
