We’re not sure who was having more fun during the Queensmead Pancake Day flipping contest, the staff taking part or the residents watching them create a mess on the floor! Manager Jenny took the 2021 crown with 39 flips.
Fortunately, there were some freshly made pancakes for the residents at the Christchurch care home to enjoy afterwards.
