Active afternoon for residents at St Ives House
Residents got creative for an active afternoon of games at St Ives House.
The care home, near Ringwood, put on a number of different games, many of which were firm favourites in the residents’ younger days.
Staff constructed a tin-can alley, and played sticky ball, using Velcro pads. There was also a larger-scale version of table football, where the residents used their own paddles to try to score a goal.
The afternoon created lots of laughs, and the games were set up to allow everyone to take part, whatever their ability.
