Spring Sunshine and Seaside Joy for St Ives Residents
Residents from St Ives House made the most of the glorious spring sunshine with a delightful afternoon trip to the stunning Avon Beach.
With blue skies overhead and a gentle breeze in the air, the group enjoyed walking barefoot on the sand, feeling the warm grains between their toes as they took in the beautiful views. Several residents even braved the clear but chilly waters for a refreshing paddle in the sea, laughing and chatting as the waves lapped at their feet.
After their stroll, the group made their way along the promenade to a nearby café, where they enjoyed a well-earned ice cream and a cuppa – the perfect seaside treat to end the day.
Many residents remarked on how lovely it felt to be by the coast again. One resident shared how much they enjoyed the simple pleasure of feeling the sand and sea, with others nodding in agreement, despite the cool water temperature. It was a truly refreshing and joy-filled outing, and a wonderful way to celebrate the arrival of warmer days.
