St Ives House Residents Enjoy Sunny Afternoon in the New Forest

Residents at St Ives House made the most of the beautiful sunshine recently with an impromptu afternoon trip to the New Forest using the home’s minibus.

The outing took residents to the stunning surroundings of Boldrewood, where everyone enjoyed spending time outdoors watching the deer and taking in the peaceful woodland scenery. Residents said it was wonderful to enjoy the fresh air, relax together and appreciate the natural beauty right on their doorstep.

The afternoon was made even sweeter with a stop at the ice cream van for a well-earned treat. The clear favourite among residents was the classic “99” topped with a flake, which brought plenty of smiles and happy memories of seaside visits and summer days gone by.

Residents and team members enjoyed chatting, laughing and soaking up the sunshine throughout the trip, making it a wonderfully relaxed and uplifting afternoon for everyone involved.
