Shortbread Morning at Sussexdown care home
At Sussexdown on a Wednesday morning, making shortbread was a great way to spend time chatting and creating. The residents picked a selection of flavours; chocolate chip, vanilla, and plain for their shortbread. Once rolled and cut into a variety of shapes, all the shortbread was cooked and served with afternoon tea.
