Submit the referral form
Submit your details through the refer a friend form, and we will email you a unique link to share with your friend.
We will check the referral
Once your friend has submitted using your link the Care South recruitment team will verify the referral and notify you of your successful submission.
You'll receive a bonus
Once the referred applicant has completed six weeks service (or 200 hours for bank staff) your reward will be issued.

Expert training to get your friend started
Your friend or recommended person will be fully supported from their very first day at Care South. Every new colleague completes a comprehensive induction programme tailored to their role, helping them build confidence, knowledge and practical skills in a supportive environment.
Their training will include a combination of face-to-face learning, online courses, hands-on experience and guidance from experienced colleagues within the home or service. They will also receive ongoing support in the workplace to help them settle into their new role and feel part of the team.
As their confidence grows, we continue to invest in their development through regular refresher training, specialist learning opportunities and career progression pathways, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to thrive in a rewarding career in care.
