• A number of affordable, additional services such as assistance with mobility, bills, shopping, IT – staying connected with family, help to access appointments or events, companionship and care when needed e.g. help and support with mobility, personal care, living well with dementia and a range of other conditions.
• A 24/7 monitored emergency call system with pendent provided as standard.
• A trusted landlord who will help to maintain the property and gardens to a high standard at all times.
• Reassurance that our mission is to enable people to live well and safely at home. Should a persons’ needs change significantly, our care home is there to support a transition into 24/7 care and support with both respite or permanent care.
